Using Flip for Student Generated Resource Banks

Flip is a free online platform for facilitating video discussions. By using Flip to curate student-generated resource banks, teachers can implement reciprocal teaching into various classroom contexts and accumulate authentic scaffolds not only for multilingual learners and special population learners but also for every student. In this session, participants will learn how to use Flip in their classrooms and will hear a variety of strategies for leveraging students’ video responses as resource banks for their classroom communities.
